Review: eating this caesar was an absolute pleasure. The lemon caesar vinaigrette was unique and refreshing and the parm was surprisingly substantial. I would have preferred actual croutons to the lemon parmesan panko however. They are truly doing the Lord’s work over at Chick-Fil-A.

Review: right down the street from TPC Sawgrass, this side Caesar was a lot like my ball on 17 at the Players Stadium Course… soggy.

Review: the addition of avocados not only elevates this side caesars presentation score, it also makes it our hippest and raddest salad yet. The strong crunch to leaf lettuce ratio helps hoist this caese to above average marks. (Disclosure: ordered without capers)

Review: I’ll admit, it may be unfair to compare this side caesar to others on our blog. With that said… I’m not sure what’s worse, this salad or the people who can’t wait their turn to deplane. It’s a good thing booze is free in the sky club because this is one caese I don’t want to remember.

Review: this side caesar is a lot like my golf game… forgettable. Like my short game, the parmesan is non existent. However, just like a birdie on 18, the mini croutons keep me coming back.

Review: the Chili’s side caesar is the Toyota Camry of caesars… nothing too flashy and it gets you from point A to point B safely and reliably. In this case point A is the skillet queso and point B is the sizzling chicken fajitas.
